My work focuses on building resilient, secure, and cost efficient platforms that enable teams to move faster while delivering trusted customer experiences.Over the years, I have led enterprise scale transformations toward modern DevOps and paved road models, turning best practices into products that are easy to adopt at scale. I founded and scaled the Intuit Operational Excellence Leadership Community, bringing together leaders and experts across the company to codify standards and embed them into the engineering system.
