   Currently playing the role of a development and people manager (FLM), leading a development team of 13 people working in the Threat Intel products in the Cyber Security domain. Team is working on product development (node.js and Angular) and daily analysis of change requests from customers and other threat data reviews.The product is basically a threat intelligence sharing platform that can be used to rapidly research the latest global security threats and aggregate actionable intelligence. The product leverages the scale of IBM X-Force to help users stay ahead of emerging threats. It provides actionable indicators (IoCs) from categories including C2 servers, Bots, Malware sources, Phishing domains, Anonymization Services, Scanning IPs, Crypto-currency Miners, IBM X-Force curated indicators, and a Whitelist of high frequency and benign endpoints.My responsibilities include (and not limited to)->Team (work) management - To make sure the sprints are running well with proper completion of tickets and prioritisation of the product features and roadmap items are taken care of in the sprint planning. To coordinate well with the global teams and make sure the work is well distributed and responsibilities are clear and concerns are addressed.People management - To make sure the team has good bonding and work and help together well. To address the aspirations, celebrations, concerns and career growth of the individual team members, having regular discussions with them. To help and provide the necessary data to the upline manager(s) for different purposes (leadership visits, site activities etc.) and also in recruitment activities.
