My zones achieved Rank 1 & 2 Availability scores in FY 2017, 2018 across all months. • Improved National Key Account fill rate to 98%+ plus for my regions for SKUs within forecast through collaborative planning. Out of Stock within Forecast reduced to under 0.9%. Zones Rank 1 & 2 across HCCBPL India.• Got awarded with summer special Bonanza award of 0.2 MM in 2019 for ensuring best stock availability and optimizing sourcing freight with a saving of 10MM. No.1 in the country.• Achieved best supply planner for 2015, 2018 and 2019.• Developed replenishment model with ATKarney to ensure effective cost based stock replenishment for all depots which reduced costs for 2017/18 by 1.5MM directly and indirectly Reduced Product expiry wastage in 2018 by 60% for the cluster. • In 2016/17 Manged entire south zone in peak season when people are short and ensured better availability in the zone. • Co-ordination in RMPM requirement by continuous engagement with Procurement Team, based on Month Rolling Estimate, SOH and Planned Promotions• Maintain Depot level Stock Norms based on the Forecast, Sales trend, Depot capacity and Seasonality• Plan and execute pre-season, pre-build of stocks to minimize capacity constraints during the peak season • Evaluate warehouse requirement based on the Business plan for the year to ensure zero stock out and also avoid space issues• Displayed high level of in IMEA and IRIM audits for the total contribution plants achieved GOLD and Platinum awards in 2018/19.
