Responsible for managing the legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape across multiple licenses including NBFC, PPI, P2P, TPAP (UPI), EOP (SEBI RIA), and Insurance Broking (in progress).Driving end-to-end regulatory compliance management including regulatory reporting, customer protection, data privacy, marketing compliance, and grievance redressal in line with RBI, SEBI, NPCI, and other applicable laws. Actively lead regulatory audits, inspections, and manage ongoing coordination with regulators.Support strategic partnerships with Federal Bank, CSB Bank, and other banks (under progress) under BC/TSP models, covering banking, payments, lending, and investment products offered on the Jupiter platform.Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and compliance support across business verticals including fintech solutions, marketing, and technology partnerships.
