Training factories based on ID-Group\'s update SOP/specification books/tools.Develop factory\'s internal quality management system (QMS) & follow up right tools to improve ground base quality levels.Product analyzes and share root cause report before launch the production and validate the implementation during visit.QC files cross check with valid necesary documents/seal sample/TF/Trims card/ETC before PPM.Conduct Pre-Production Meeting and share the past experience with the factory to improve/solve workmanship +measurement/etc.Conduct In-line Inspection and share report with corrective action to improve quality.Trainee factory Qe self inspection\" and help them to improve reports.Follow-up Before & After correction mock up based on Key/Critical process/Foundation/Operation (it depends on the product family.).Random cross check & follow up wash/lab test with IDKIDS lab expert or factory in-house facility.
