Job Responsibilities: Da Vinci® Surgical Robot Support Specialist.• Advanced Troubleshooting & Technical Support:Engage in high-level troubleshooting and provide technical support for da Vinci® Surgical Robots, collaborating with the da Vinci Surgery Technical Assistance Team (dVSTAT) and other Field Engineers (FE) to resolve issues efficiently.• Customer Requirements Analysis & System Installation Coordination:Provide pre-site planning and coordinate installation efforts with the customer to analyze customer requirements and ensure the effective installation of da Vinci® Surgical Systems.• Preventive Maintenance & Field Modifications:To ensure optimal system performance, execute scheduled preventive maintenance activities and implement field modifications based on the latest guidelines and requirements.• Sales Support & Marketing Events:Support sales training and marketing events by identifying potential technical issues and developing strategies to resolve them. This includes providing real-time assistance and insights during product demonstrations and other promotional events.• Autonomous Appointment Management:Manage and schedule both planned and unplanned customer appointments independently, ensuring system reliability, and functionality, and achieving uptime guarantees. Proactively assess the need for follow-up visits to maintain the highest level of system performance.
