I am currently pursuing Post Graduate Diploma Program in Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research. I worked as a HR Intern in TATA POWER and gained good Corporate experience.I have successfully completed my Master\'s Degree,MCOM (BUSINESS MANAGEMENT )from S.K Somaiya College,Somaiya Vidyavihar University. I was associated with Somaiya Vidyavihar for 7 years. I completed 11 and 12 std( H.S.C )from S.K Somaiya Vinay Mandir JR college,I completed BMS, Bachelor\'s of Management studies ( Human Resource Management) from S.K Somaiya College of Arts, Science and Commerce( Aurobindo),In second year B.M.S, I decided to take HR and specialized in it for 2 years.Today, I am well versed with various areas of Human Resource Management like Recruitment,Selection, Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Talent Management, Stress Management, Career Management, Compensation Management. As a Hr student, I am competent to communicate in such a way that would benefit the esteemed Organization or Institution. Human Resource teaches us about the Organization\'s culture and how to communicate with people.
