   JOB PROFILE : FACILITY MANAGER : The Role of a Facility Manager to ensure proper Operational and management of all aspects of a Building to create an optimal, safe and cost effective environment for the Occupants to function. Overall facility management in terms of Building operation and management/safety management/fire-fighting *System/CCTV Systems and Energy Management. Developing a dedicated quality vendor system for cost effective operation and maintenance. Handling Building Management System including Access security control/addressable Fire detection system/CCTV Systems. To monitor Building Maintenance works such as: A) Engineering Services: Electrical work, Diesel Generators (Power Back-up), Plumbing work, A/C and HVAC Servicing, Lifts Servicing, Fire Fighting System, Carpentry work /Civil work. B) Building Services: Security, Housekeeping, Pest-control, Water- tank Cleaning, Gardening, Waste-Management, Transport Services. To maintain log-book for building maintenance work and reporting building related issues to the management, to the resolve it with facility team. Monitor services contracts of AMC and provide monthly report to the management. Problem solving and priority of work ability to assess problem. To co-ordinate with Government officials such as BMC, P.W.D, Police, fire-Brigade and other government department. Co-ordination with Engineering & Sales Team for the possessions, Preparation of technical Lists, Pre & Post Possession follow up, Attending & Interacting with Customers for Grievance & Complaints, Liasioning between Manager for the best satisfaction of Customer.
