Experience: I am an accomplished Human Resources professional with over 21 years of experience in managing all facets of human resources functions. During my work experience I have developed competencies in end-to-end management of human resources, including full life cycle Recruiting, Support, MIS Reporting, Process Implementation, Performance Appraisal, Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition, Employee Satisfaction & Grievance Management, Performance Management System. I have an ability to spearhead all aspects of talent acquisition including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations, and employee onboarding. Excellence: I have proven expertise in administering smooth implementation of HR policies for performance management system, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organization. My skills in coordination and providing administrative human resources duties developed and executed integrated recruiting strategy for assigned business unit / geography / profiles to meet organizational demand and smooth operations of business units.
