Previously as Sr. Director, IT at VMware in the Business Applications group, Balaji was instrumental in delivering several large enterprise programs like on Front Office(GTM), Back office(SAP, Callidus etc) managing Development, QA and Application Support functions over the years. Balaji was instrumental to help grow Vmware India and acted as IT Site Lead before relocating to Silicon Valley in 2016.
