I am passionate about creating an ecosystem for technology and people, so the high performers and the team can thrive to achieve the full capability and potential. Throughout my career I have been through change and being agent of change, it has created opportunities to learn, grow and test the resiliency of self, the team and the organization. I best operate under disruptive leadership providing the balance to stabilize the Operations. I want to work with the team that focuses on building solution that addresses a business problem to assist customers than a technology problem to assist technologists. Primary focus for technology should be relentless simplification of the environment for customers and users so it is easy to consume, operate and provide it at a market competitive cost point. Development of technology solutions that adheres to control and process framework to enhance the risk posture of the solution. Performance measurements are based on tangible objective metrics and customer feedback. Globalization is key and employee value proposition has long term value to the organization. I want to build SWAT type team that is technology aware, agile, quick to adapt to changes and has the core skill set to address the requirements of the customers. I also over the period have built the ability to provide feet view and get into the weeds if required to address the requirements of the customers. In the last 20 years, I have had the opportunity to work in architecture, engineering, product management, service & commercial management and operations in both individual contributor and managerial roles. In addition, I have worked in all three global regions based in Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Johannesburg, London and New York in various roles and responsibilities adapting to local culture and partnering with colleagues to achieve the goals of the organization.
