ABOUT BALAJI AYYAPPAN
My journey began with a diploma in civil engineering, igniting a competitive spirit and a drive for achievement. However, destiny had different plans. Drawn by the promise of free education in Germany, I found myself not only chasing my own dreams but also helping friends navigate their application processes. This experience revealed my natural talent for career counselling.The entrepreneurial spark within me continued to grow. While pursuing my master’s degree, I launched Ecopiens, a sustainable cutlery business, in 2016. This period marked the early foundations of what would eventually become Eurocas.My passion for food led to the creation of Chennai Central, a South Indian cloud kitchen in Berlin, in 2017. A fortuitous meeting with Mohamad (my partner today), who was running a language school, resulted in the founding of ISB in 2018.Today, I am incredibly proud of Eurocas. We have assisted over students in building their careers in Germany, and I have personally counselled more than individuals.
