Bala has been associated with industry leading Organizations in IT / Technology consulting and has played various leadership roles with extensive work experience in Asia Pacific Markets.He has been associated with BPL Software, Infosys Ltd, CMC Ltd & Wipro Ltd, prior to joining the Tata Consultancy Services. Currently, Bala is Heading the HR Function for Professional Services Unit @ TCS.In his previous roles, Bala was Heading the HR Function for TCS Xplore program, which involves onboarding of fresh graduates in TCS India and engaging them on the Initial learning program. Earlier to this, Bala was heading HR function for a TCS Global Business, which has associates across the world with significant number based in India, the US and Europe.
