Engineering Manager with over 18 years of experience to date in the consumer electronics, Automotive & Farm sectors. Academically I have been awarded a gold medal for top rank in the Masters from NIT Calicut 2007 batch. I am proud to be part of the design team and be very \"Hands-on\". I have learned numerous ways to increase the part or product quality by optimizing the cost using GD & T concepts and of course a holistic approach of engineering.Expert in the design and development of complex Body in White, Closures, chassis, suspension, Trims, and Battery structures.Expert in the application of GD & T. ASME Technologist level certification (GDTP-T-3679) in accordance with ASME Y14.5.M-1994I am an Internal GD & T trainer, and it’s all allied suppliers.Expert in fasteners design and development, also in failure investigations of all fasteners.Leading failure investigations into design/manufacturing/assembly and formulating design/process solutions & product nature, along with the appropriate verification testing, report out and final corrective actions for all Body and Underbody assemblies.I am equally skillful at working autonomously or as part of a team and often lead specialist teams to focus on specific issues related to vehicle assembly line fitment issues, manufacturer end assembly issues or any vehicle testing concerns. I am a subject matter expert for GD & T and Fastener Engineering.Significant experience in preparing internal Dimensional and Fastener standards.
