As an Engineering Manager at Riverbed Technology, I am responsible for leading, mentoring, and delivering quality solutions for storage, virtualization, and HCI(ROBO) products. I have a strong background in FC, iSCSI, NAS, file systems, VMware ESXi, Microsoft HyperV, test automation, test planning, interoperability qualification, backup, replication, and cloud technologies.I am passionate about providing excellent customer service and technical support, as well as collaborating with pre-sales, development, and product management teams.
