About Balachandar K
I am a final-year BA.LL.B student with a strong interest in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Through internships at esteemed firms such as Dua Associates, MD & T Partners and Kamal and Co. Advocates, I have worked on matters involving arbitration, SARFAESI, IBC and corporate compliance, gaining practical experience in legal drafting, research and court proceedings. Beyond academics, I have actively participated in moot courts, mediation and negotiation competitions, earning recognition at a national level. I have also presented research papers at national and international conferences on topics such as dispute resolution under the Law of the Seas and the role of GIMAC in international maritime arbitration. My involvement in various legal and non-legal committees has given me the opportunity to organize events and discussions on dispute resolution, further strengthening my leadership skills. I am keen to apply my experience in a professional setting and look forward to opportunities where I can contribute meaningfully while gaining valuable practical exposure.
