I have around 18 years of experience in Information Management (IM) practice, expertise in data migration strategy & approach, defining data architecture, performing data cleansing & reconciliation framework, executing mock cycles and cutover strategy for the data migration and data quality projects. Successfully delivered multiple data transformation projects and was able to handle high expectation customers & escalations. Worked on various RFP responses with pre-sales team, supported IM competency and reviewed data projects to ensure the quality of delivery & timeline management for data projects across vertical. Till today, successfully delivered 9 end to end data migration projects and 4 Data quality projects around the world (Saudi Arabia, United States, Qatar, Oman, UAE, Australia, UK). Performed different roles in SAP data migration and data quality projects. Extensive experience in defining the trial data conversion approach, go-live simulation and cutover strategy for large data migration projects (Big bang, phased approach and multiple roll outs) Effective coordination with stakeholders (Business owner, Data owner, Application team, Database administrator etc.) for smooth transaction throughout the transformation. Expertise in different type of data objects such as SAP material master, sales and distribution, production planning, plant maintenance, human capital management, finance, PLM, transport and distribution, hydrocarbon product management (IS Oil), project system data during SAP ECC and S/4 Hana implementations, SuccessFactors modules and Careflow (Healthcare system) data.
