Presented in Gate reviews (PDRs, CDRs) and technical review meetings.• Collaborated with internal and external stake holders (chief engineering, stress authority, airworthiness, customer support, loads, design, fatigue, interface component teams, manufacturing, assembly, RSPs, sub-contract companies) in global, cross functional and challenging environment.• Extensive experience in compiling, checking stress analysis and documentation in support of incremental development aircraft from concept to certification and in-service aircraft repairs (Major and Minor) to the highest quality standards.• Extensive experience in static and fatigue & damage tolerance analysis of metallics and composites (both primary and secondary structures) using classical methods (including Mathcad), Airbus Toolsets (ISAMI), Finite element methods (MSC Nastran, MSC Patran, and HyperView).• Familiar with aircraft analysis methods/tools/processes/policies/regulations.• Knowledge of aerospace design & manufacturing processes.• Possess strong oral and written communication skills.• Experience in project management - scoping, statements of work preparation, project planning, scheduling, delegation, allocation, progress review and delivery to the time, cost and quality. PRINCE2 certified.• Experience in training, guiding and mentoring new and less experienced team members.• Flexible, adapts to business needs, collaborates with stakeholders at all levels. Self-motivated, self-starter, possess positive attitude, maintains high ethics.
