Fostered and lead multi-disciplinary team (skills include project management, commercials, software delivery, technical, hardware) • Accountable for design and development of Battery Management Control Module (BMCM) unit to enable customers to charge their vehicles with 400 and 800V architecture as well as supporting JLR’s future electrification strategy. • Leading Electro-mechanical and thermal integration & Supporting BMCM Manufacturing / assembly process into BEM • Spearhead part cost flow, budget, tooling, design and development costs, piece costs and weight. • Responsible for finalizing concept designs, assembly, and testing of the prototype parts to the company specific standards and certifications. • Approving manufacturing and aftermarket service procedures. • Accountable for validation/ integration of sub-systems (HW and SW validation of units at components level). • Interface with programme team to communicate deliverables & coordinate via formal processes (CCDS, EBER, Smartsheet, eAPQP, Change control & Releases etc.). • Responsible for end-to-end product delivery from supplier sourcing till validation sign off.
