I am a hands on, goal oriented, results driven Legal Operations Leader with a deep focus on execution, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.    I lead a high-performing legal operations team that delivers end-to-end support for contract lifecycle operations, NDAs (~1,500/year), partner contracts covering 70% of Cisco’s resellers, and outside counsel management. I drive strategic initiatives that transform processes, tools, and service delivery models to drive scale, automation, and optimization across legal support.Most recently, I served as a key driver for a Salesforce-based legal intake and case management platform, launching pooled support models to optimize capacity and implementing automation that freed significant attorney and operations bandwidth. I have led global programs to design SOX controls and build cross-functional processes for contract lifecycle management, channel partner management, pricing and discounting obligations, and compliance workflows, while enabling data and dashboards to guide prioritization and performance management. I act as the connective tissue between people, process, and technology, enabling agile responses to day-to-day demands and unforeseen company-wide issues while building a resilient, learning organization.
