   Utilized CRISPR/Cas-9 technology to engineer T-cells with targeted knockouts through electroporation or Lipid Nanoparticles (LNPs), and subsequent insertions via AAV or Lenti Virus mediation. Quantified gene edits using NGS and flow cytometry. Acquired proficiency in directing engineered T cells to specific antigens by inserting Chimeric Antigen Receptors (CAR-T cells). Conducted thorough in-vitro assessments, employing diverse co-culture assays and functional readouts to optimize CAR-T cell behavior for enhanced therapeutic outcomes.
