Provide 1st–3rd line support across multiple sites, resolving hardware, software, and cloud issues.• Initiated and implemented a company-wide ticketing system using Jira Service Management, improving visibility and resolution of support requests.• Using TeamVier to provide support across multiple sites.• Manage Azure Entra ID: user/group admin, MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and license assignments.• Enrol and manage Windows/iOS devices with Intune; apply compliance policies and deploy applications.• Configure and manage Autopilot, troubleshoot enrolment and policy issues, and support LOB app deployment.• Administer Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and mailbox.• Monitor Defender for O365, manage threat protection, anti-spam/phishing, and handle incident alerts.• Managing Google Workspace user accounts and settings, including password resets, group creation, membership, and permissions, implementing security policies like MFA and access controls, and G-Drive• Collaborate with Head of IT on infrastructure improvements and cloud certification initiatives.• Act as primary IT point of contact during Head of IT’s absence, ensuring continuity and stability of IT systems and infrastructure.• Regularly conducting meetings and suggesting improvements within IT systems and softwares we can use to improve our work.
