I\'m an internal consultant driving transformation and strategy within a global bank. I work with executive management and senior leadership at BNP Paribas to design and implement projects which shape the development of the Bank in the US and Canada. My change management experience covers strategic planning, business development, operating model transformation, and process re-engineering. I\'ve lived in Hong Kong, Singapore, Washington D.C, and am currently based in New York City. I\'m passionate about social impact and empowering marginalized groups, including underprivileged children and homeless communities. During the pandemic, I founded Colour Away COVID, which empowered over 300+ youth in a mask design competition and donated masks to children in need.
