As per HO instructions, we will conduct audits for the following three products on a monthly basis:IGL/IL/MSME-LAP/Micro LapAudit Plan: Monthly audit planning for team membersCross-checking audit reportsIdentification and verification of high-risk casesCross-verification where necessaryPublishing audit findings to the concerned departmentsI am responsible for ensuring compliance, evaluating risks, and improving the effectiveness of our operations across both states.Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead and guide a team of investigators for cases in the zone, review investigation reports, and coordinate with the HO team for end-to-end resolution.2. Support zonal leads in special audits and assignments.3. Travel to other locations within the zone as required for investigations.4. Enhance fraud awareness both within and outside the organization to prevent losses.5. Provide ongoing training and feedback to the team.6. Planning and Risk Assessment:Define the scope and objectives of the audit, considering regulatory requirements and organizational goals.Identify potential risks associated with Business loan operations and assess their impact on financial statements and compliance.7. Regulatory Compliance: Verify compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines, including those set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or other relevant authorities. Confirm adherence to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.8. Documentation Review:Examine loan agreements, customer documentation, and related records to ensure completeness and accuracy.Verify the proper maintenance of loan files and supporting documents.I look forward to working with all of you to uphold our high standards and achieve our organizational objectives
