I am Vivek Bajaj, versatile professional offering 25+ years of insightful experience. Over these years I have handled responsibilities at various capacities in array of functions viz. Strategic Planning, Business Operations Management, Project Management / Services Delivery, Business Process Transition, etc. In my last association with Silverskills Pvt. Ltd. as Senior Manager, I have successfully transitioned the relocation services business of one of the largest Relocation companies in the US to India. On the academic front, I am pursuing BSc in Data Science and Programming from IIT Madras. Completed: MSc. Business Analytics from Bits Pilani. PGDGM from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies; CFA from ICFAI; BA (Hons)- Economics from University of Delhi. Also I have completed numerous MOOC certifications. Being a multifaceted professional I manage end-to-end process including setting up of the systems and processes in place and ensuring its successful implementation.    As Senior Manager, I successfully transitioned the relocation services business of one of the largest Relocation companies in the US to India. I started with a team of 11 and consistently increased the FTE count to over 90; significantly worked on additional process with the same client with an FTE strength of 7; Led a team of Manager-Ops, ManagerTraining, 2 AM’s, 5 TL’s and 8-member audit team. The process was spread across three time zones APAC, EMEA and Americas. I was entrusted with the responsibility to streamline the process towards efficiency, quality, and high productivity. I hold the merit of creating an in house software tool to measure productivity and efficiency; Introduced Dashboards at the tactical and operational level; architecting forecasting models volume projections for budgeting.
