About Baishali Sen
Actions speak louder than words.’A valuable life lesson, I believe, one’s actions are one of the most authentic and reliable forms of communication, especially at the workplace. As a professional with 10+ years of experience in researching and monitoring performance of complex asset types, I have been complimented for my work ethic. After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and MBA in Finance, I joined J.P. Morgan Services India as an Analyst in their Global Real Assets’ team. Here, I analysed a portfolio comprising of 35+ housing assets (in USA) and developed financial models for evaluating properties’ performance. Subsequently, I moved to J.P. Morgan Asset Management\'s Securitised Product Research and Portfolio Management Support team responsible for the credit analysis of Securitised Products such as ABS, CLOs and ABCP programs. Currently, I am a Senior Associate, also leading the GFICC Research and PM team in Mumbai.In order to give back to the society, I participated in (and now lead) CSR initiatives of J.P. Morgan’s GF & BM India group.Dancing, travelling, and reading help me unwind.
