practice in the area of corporate and commercial law, frequently assisting on commercial real estate transactions, corporate financing and secured lending, the leasing of commercial real estate, representing both landlord and tenant, and acts as a liaison with municipal government in issues pertaining to real estate development. I have experience advising clients respecting procurement documents and the procurement process. I can assist with all matters relating to corporate governance including shareholder and partnership agreements and negotiating shareholder disputes. I act on the purchase and sale of businesses of all sizes and has experience in the area of securities, assisting with public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions.Baillie is the President of the Asper Jewish Community Campus Corporation.Baillie is a past co-chair of the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation of Winnipeg and is a past co-chair of National Young Leadership, a cohort of leaders between the ages of 25-45 representing all Federations across Canada at a local and International level. Baillie has volunteered in support of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation.
