Experience

1. Senior Advisor

   Link Logistics

   Jan 2021 — Present

   Serves as Senior Advisor of Link Logistics. In this role, she is responsible for planning and executing capital strategies and initiatives related to maximizing the value of Link assets. Prior to that, she served as Chief Accounting Officer and led the company’s financial reporting, portfolio level forecasting and planning, due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions, property and corporate accounting, and internal controls functions. She also executed the M&A due diligence for over $20 billion of assets and integrated over $40 billion of assets from multiple platforms into one system and one operational platform in one year. Prior to joining Link, Bailing served as Senior Vice President and Controller for Gramercy Property Trust where she was responsible for all property accounting, budgeting and forecasting, deal due diligence, property operating metric reporting, and served as a key leadership member of building up an accounting and operational platform for a public traded REIT growing from an enterprise value of approximately $200 million to over 80 million square feet of real estate, before it was acquired by Blackstone for $7.6 billion in 2018.
