I am a data-informed, equity-driven professional with experience in program compliance, policy analysis, and performance evaluation. My work focuses on using research, data systems, and community collaboration to create fairer and more effective outcomes across housing, public health, and social service systems. With a background in program coordination and systems-level planning, I specialize in identifying service gaps, improving data reporting processes, and translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that guide decision-making. I’m especially interested in research that informs sustainable community development, supports interagency collaboration, and helps design inclusive, evidence-based programs.I hold a Graduate Certificate in Public Health Fundamentals from the University at Albany and will begin graduate studies at the University at Buffalo, SUNY, in Fall 2025, pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) and a Graduate Certificate in Affordable Housing. This interdisciplinary training strengthens my ability to integrate financial analysis, real estate development, and public health strategies to promote equitable and resilient communities.I’m motivated by opportunities to support data-informed, people-centered decision-making and contribute to systems where all individuals can thrive.
