About Bailey Lyons

I am a graduate of Baylor University, where I earned my degree in Human Resource Management. My time at Baylor helped develop my passion for employee relations, organizational culture, and effective people management.Currently, I work as an HR Generalist at Contech Control Services, where I support a variety of day-to-day HR operations. Prior to beginning my career in human resources, I worked as a Lab Attendant at Baylor University, where I enhanced customer service and operational efficiency. Previous roles also include Studio Coordinator at Waxing the City, where I managed client appointments and communication, and Event Setup for Blume Haus, where I contributed to a team executing large-scale events.During my time at Baylor, I served as Chapter President for Delta Sigma Pi. In this role, I oversaw all chapter operations and led both executive board and full chapter meetings of 30+ members. My responsibilities included driving decision-making, supporting fellow chapter officers, and upholding chapter traditions. I was also a member of Alpha Chi Omega and the Bears Association of Human Resources, where I connected with others dedicated to professional growth in the HR field.I am passionate about fostering positive workplace environments and supporting both employees and organizations through effective human resource practices.
