He brings deep expertise in governance, enterprise risk, stakeholder trust, ESG alignment, and culture integration.At NORDAM, he serves as Vice President of Culture, Communication & Corporate Responsibility, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across HR, Safety, Environmental Health, Global Trade Compliance, Ethics, Government & Public Affairs, and Community Engagement. He chairs the Culture Council and reinforces NORDAM’s values of Flying Families Safely and Building Bonds That Last.He has served on multiple international boards and currently chairs the Tulsa Regional Aerospace Council and serves on the Governor’s Aerospace & Autonomous Systems Advisory Council. From 2015–2025, Bailey was appointed by the Governor and reappointed by the Legislature to the Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority (OSIDA), serving three years as Chair. Under his leadership, OSIDA advanced public-private partnerships and helped attract major aerospace investments to Oklahoma.Bailey also serves on the board of the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance. He and his family founded Flight Night, a K–12 STEM nonprofit gifted to TRSA in 2025 after a decade of growth and millions raised. He is a frequent speaker on leadership, transformation, and his lived experience of Cultures Through Hell and Back.He began his career in LNG risk management at Arthur J.
