   As the first marketer at Glowforge, I worked directly with founders to conceptualize, project manage, and execute the biggest 30-day crowdfunding in history ($27.9 million in pre-orders) on Glowforge.com\\\\n\\\\nToday, as a member of our Growth team, I lead our email & video strategy, produce and host weekly livestreams, and work with our incredible customers to show off the magic of Glowforge in video.\\\\n\\\\nOther Glowforge Highlights include:\\\\n\\\\n- Grew the pre-launch mailing list from 1,200 to in 6 weeks with a custom email referral program\\\\n\\\\n- Led the first 6-months of Glowforge Customer Support (including pre and post sales inquiries, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, FAQ and product questions, etc.)\\\\n\\\\n- Managed booth design, press outreach, packing & shipping logistics, speaking opportunities, staffing, and community engagement for Glowforge appearances at events including: World Maker Faire New York 2015, CES 2016, Maker Faire Bay Area 2016, World Maker Faire New York 2016, Brit & Co.
