Along the way, I learned how much I enjoy building relationships, spotting trends early, and finding creative ways to drive growth.Outside of corporate life, I started KenzKustomz, a women’s fashion and accessories brand that’s grown from a side hustle into a business with a loyal customer base. That founder experience taught me the scrappy side of building—branding, operations, partnerships, and plenty of “figure it out as you go” moments.At the end of the day, I like working where sales, strategy, and entrepreneurship intersect.
