Bailey previously worked as a Portfolio Analyst with BMO Private Wealth in Toronto, where he conducted research on equity, fixed income and alternative investment products for BMO Private Investment Counsel. Before starting his professional career, Bailey graduated from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). Bailey is also registered as an Advising Representative with the OSC and is an active CFA Charterholder with the CFA Institute.Bailey and his wife spent a significant amount of their lives growing up in Gananoque, which is where they met before attending Queen’s University together. They worked over half a decade in Toronto before moving in 2025 to be closer to family in Kingston and the Thousand Islands area; the supportive community which they grew-up in and love.
