I excel in thinking creatively and imaginatively to solve problems and then communicating them to audiences with a varying knowledge base. I actively focus on practicing good leadership, organization, and communication skills while maintaining a strong, positive environment. I am fortunate to live in the Portland, ME area and use my free time to take full advantage of all this beautiful area has to offer. I\'m currently serving on the board of two Maine non-profits as well as teaching introductory chemistry labs at the University of Southern Maine. I enjoy baking, spending time outdoors with my husband and our pup, Rosie, reading, as well as volunteering my time to help get kids, particularly girls, excited about STEM careers.
