Owner & Business Analyst managing change & Digital Transformation.Product Development of all Commerce Platforms which include the Cyrane OMS, WMS, and Stock Forecasting Systems. I also manage the product development of our integration with E-commerce Sales Channels (including own brand websites) with great brands such as Wayfair, OnBuy, Amazon, eBay, The Range, Ryman, Robert Dyas, Wilko, Debenhams, & B&Q to name just a few.When first starting at FW Style, they had no unified single source of truth for Data, Product Data, Order Management, and Business Intelligence Reporting. My main priority was to bring all these systems together to streamline internal process in both the back office and Warehouse Operations as well as give them a greater understanding of their sales. In parallel I introduced an Agile Channel Management System to reduce friction of onboarding new E-commerce Channels such as Wayfair, Robert Dyas, Debenhams, B&Q to name a few alongside more traditional marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay. Our latest project has implemented a new WMS for Goods In Management, Picking Performance & Accuracy bringing together latest Android Handheld hardware, WiFi Infrastructure and barcoding which moves FW Style on from a Paper Based picking system to take them to the next level in their purpose built new Warehousing in the Heart of Chorley, Lancashire.
