With Head to Head I have been given the opportunity to lead in person and online clinics with children from 10-16 years of age. Through these clinics, I\'ve worked with youth, fostering their development by honing their skills both in the water and beyond. My approach encompasses a blend of public speaking engagements where I emphasize the importance of transferable skills such as leadership, perseverance, and teamwork. Furthermore, I\'ve provided hands-on, in-person coaching sessions, focusing on refining technical swimming skills to help children excel in the water. It\'s been immensely rewarding to witness their progress and instill in them the confidence to achieve their goals.
