About Andrew Bailey
I spent nearly 11 of the last 14 years working and moving up within the Enterprise Rent-a-Car organization. I started my career as a Management Trainee in Northern Virginia. Through multiple promotions moved up to an Area/District Manager and enjoying that role for 5+ years up until Covid-19. I oversaw 8 store locations and was responsible for every aspect of those businesses. My position required I focus on increasing market share, profits, growth, customer service, and employee development. I also managed the entire HR aspect, P&L, operations, and risk management of the geographic area of responsibility. Most recently I am the Director of Operations of a large Auto Collision Center. My spouse\'s career has us relocating to the Seattle, Washington area where I hope to leverage my experience leading, managing, crafting operational excellence and developing people to the end goal of driving profit, growth, and employee morale.
