ABOUT BAILEY NIKKILA

I am proud to have worked for Banner Health for twelve years. During this time, I have advanced to several different roles, providing me with a diverse range of experiences and insights into business and process improvement, marketing, and strategic communications.In my current position, I am responsible for improving operational performance, both regionally and at each facility. I provide recommendations to company leadership based on my analysis and evaluation of clinical outcomes and financial and operational performance. I also ensure compliance with operating and capital budgets, oversee the implementation of improvements, and design systems to monitor their effectiveness. My strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail are instrumental in maintaining seamless work process flows and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.It\'s my duty to identify external best practices and work to standardize them across the Banner system, as well as develop and incorporate efficient corporate communications to maximize strategic marketing, messaging, and information dissemination. I design and create internal communications for over team members, guaranteeing a consistent alignment of voice and style with the distinguished Banner Health brand. Also, I am accountable for achieving system strategies and initiatives, developing the vision for the organization’s clinical and operational initiatives, and promoting teamwork and collaboration.My role requires a deep understanding of hospital operations and measures, and it\'s my responsibility to establish and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and organizations. I consistently apply my knowledge where appropriate to improve clinical and operational performance and patient safety.When I\'m away from my desk, you can find me hiking a mountain, visiting a theme park, or traveling around the world. Oh, and I also play a mean game of Scrabble.
