About Bailey Merlin

As a socially conscious writer and community builder, I am driven by my passion for health equity and fostering strong community bonds. I work in marketing for Harvard Medical School\'s Office for Graduate Education. My experiences include coordinating multi-site healthcare projects and programs, forging and strengthening relationships, and working with at-risk populations of all ages. Through this, I have honed my attention to detail and diplomatic communication skills, ensuring consistently high-quality care for vulnerable populations while also building trust with program leaders.Beyond Harvard, I co-host the Bisexual Killjoy podcast, direct the Bi+ Book Gang writing community, and serve on the board of the Bisexual Resource Center. My work centers on bi+ advocacy, community education, qualitative research, and creating accessible spaces for queer people to learn, connect, and be seen.Across all my projects, I bring together evidence-based storytelling, community knowledge, and a commitment to improving health and social outcomes for bi+ people.
