ABOUT BAILEY
As a strategic administrative professional, I’m often the “go-to” person and gap-filler, known for bringing both insight and structure to each project I undertake. My focus is on helping leaders, teams, and organizations succeed by streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and supporting seamless operations. Over my career, I’ve earned a reputation as the “right-hand woman” to executives, serving as an essential partner in both their strategic and operational initiatives.I hold a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Development, Strategic Innovation, and Change. My capstone research explored the impactful role administrative professionals play as informal leaders, reinforcing my commitment to creating lasting, positive change within organizations—often from behind the scenes, yet with a tangible impact on efficiency and culture. My experience spans diverse industries, including management consulting, software, healthcare, and professional sports, fostering my adaptability and comprehensive approach to problem-solving.A firm believer in the power of mentorship, I dedicate time to guiding others and regularly speak on topics like emotional intelligence, executive partnerships, and career growth. Within BCG’s Inclusion Accelerator, I’m actively focused on promoting inclusive initiatives for women, advocating for individuals with disabilities (physical and neurological), and championing dietary inclusivity. This work is a core part of who I am, and I am dedicated to fostering a workplace where everyone feels seen and supported.Beyond my professional role, I am committed to advancing women’s ice hockey across Colorado. As a former board member of the Denver Women’s Hockey League (DWHL), I helped the league grow despite the challenges of COVID, and I remain engaged in expanding opportunities through the DWHL. I also led a divisional restructuring and now serve as a key member of the newly established rules committee for the Women’s Association of Colorado Hockey. As I look to the future, I’m excited to take on a role with fresh opportunities for growth and impact. I am interested in multiple avenues including Strategy, Operations, and Learning & Development orles. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals who share a commitment to inclusive leadership and strategic impact.
