About Bailey K. Grisez
Bailey is the Program Manager for a international development program on the future Advanced E-7 platform in Boeing\'s MS & B division. She leads risk reduction and configuration definition efforts built by an international team spanning the US, AUS and UK. Previously, Bailey was the Capture Team Lead for Boeing\'s Phantom Works Space and Rapid Space Capabilities Organizations; she led new business proposals for new programs and ongoing execution programs across a variety of advanced space domain mission areas.Previously, Bailey served as a Systems Engineer and Launch Integration Lead in Advanced Systems Development and was responsible for leading a team of cross-functional engineers on a rapid prototyping program, seeing the product through the entire life cycle from requirements and design definition through operation. Bailey\'s role on the team also included product concept development and marketing, fostering strong, positive customer and supplier relationships, technical writing for proposals and program execution activities, leadership and both technical and professional development mentorship. In June of 2018, Bailey completed Boeing’s enterprise engineering rotation program, the Engineering Career Foundation Program [ECFP] which enabled her to get experience in five engineering rotations across Boeing’s various business units and phases of the product lifecycle. Bailey has a passion for the experimental and early design realms of the space, aviation, and defense industry. Additionally, Bailey strives to bring her energetic and lively personality to the table; she aspires to always be a source of leadership from within a team.Bailey has developed a broad technical skill set through her unique experience contributing to multiple high priority new space development programs, her broad technical experience in ECFP, and her completion of internships across the Aerospace industry at Boeing, GE Aviation, Northrop Grumman, and Synergy Aircraft.
