About Bailey Giannini

Art and design have always shaped how I view the world and the way people communicate through media. Growing up inspired by creativity led me to explore how I could use my skills to help companies enhance their digital presence. As media continues to evolve, from print to online advertising, graphics, and video, I’m passionate about contributing to meaningful and effective communication.Through experiences in media and graphic design, I’ve enjoyed working on collaborative teams to create impactful work. During my apparel design internship with New Era Cap, I contributed to a high-standard, team-driven environment. As a graphic designer for Ohio University’s Division II hockey team, I navigated feedback cycles and designed within brand guidelines. At Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours, I supervised digital media and communicated with coworkers and customers to meet daily goals. My roles on the Student Alumni Board and OU Womxn’s Rugby team also gave me creative freedom while teaching me how to tailor design to specific audiences and brands.Each of these roles helped me build both creative and interpersonal skills. I value strong team dynamics and seek opportunities where I can continue to grow and contribute through collaboration.
