In today’s world, there needs to be an individual who can work with many different groups of people and unify a team. I am that kind of person. There have been countless times when I have brought together others to work towards a common goal. Adaptability is a trait I have always had due to being part of various sports teams and activities. One of the ways I have been able to use this strength in college is by being the one in group projects who takes the initiative to start the conversation and reach out to others to see where they are. Not only do I bring harmony to the team, but a positive attitude. With positivity, I can encourage others and push them to reach their potential. In this frame of mind comes resilience. I never give up when times get hard and take setbacks as valuable lessons. With all these qualities combined, I am willing to grow and learn as a student and business professional, and that never stops. In the future, I hope to help companies with their sustainability efforts and help them to reach their objectives. I want to be able to become more connected with professionals in the business world and people who share the same passions that I do.
