Works within the customer engagement (CE) team and is responsible for the development, execution and management of all outbound messaging to consumers that run across multiple media channels including linear TV, streaming, cinema, digital display, OOH, email, direct mail, search and social platforms• Work closely with internal activation team members (i.e. Search, Social, Messaging Audiences and Programmatic), marketing strategy partners and external media agency to develop strategic recommendation on an optimal media mix for multiple lines of businesses within the Disney Destinations portfolio• Determine budget allocations and targeting perimeters for all media tactics as well as budget changes throughout the campaign flight and communicate those changes with strategy partners, finance, agency and CE department.• Work directly with external media agency, from strategy development to execution to post-delivery analysis and reporting
