About Bailee Nicolet
As a physical therapy aide at ES3 Physical Therapy, I assist the therapists with patient care, equipment maintenance, and administrative tasks. I am passionate about the field of Physical Therapy and I have obtained my bachelor\'s degree at San Diego State University, where I gained skills in university teaching, laboratory safety, and laboratory skills. In addition, I work as a program assistant at Mission Bay Aquatic Center, where I coordinate and facilitate water sports and recreation programs for people of all ages and abilities. I have earned certifications in lifeguarding, CPR, AED, and first aid from the American Red Cross. My core competencies include communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. My mission is to help people achieve their health and wellness goals through physical therapy and aquatic activities.
