In this role, I work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavior analysis programs. My key responsibilities include: • Implementing individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. • Collecting data on client progress, behavior frequency, and other relevant metrics. • Assisting in skill-building programs focused on social, communication, daily living, and adaptive skills. • Providing direct one-on-one therapy to clients in both home and community settings. • Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices. • Continuously monitoring and adjusting strategies to ensure positive client outcomes. • Building strong, positive relationships with clients and their families to promote a supportive environment.Through this role, I develop essential skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and treatment delivery while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those I serve.
