Baibhav is currently Head of OmniChannel Strategy for H&D of E&A Brand for SEIPL. He owns the P&L for all omni channel inititatives of a 450Cr+ Business. He is responsible for creating and executing GTM plans, data driven strategy for retention and acquisition of clients. He is a selected Global employee to represent in various Sounding Board initiatives as well as is a CHAMPIONS CLUB WINNER for CY 2023. His expertise lies in Consultative selling and solution selling. Baibhav Kumar Singh is Alumnus of IIM Visakhapatnam and VSSUT. In his past role as the Placement Coordinator at IIM Visakhapatnam, he is responsible for maintaining existing corporate relations,developing and fostering new Industry Relations which in turn helps in generating leads to expand the corporate network of the Institute and in the Process drive the Final Placements of the institute. He is also the National Winner Of Case Study Competition of AbhiBus,Siemens,Campus Winner of Yes Bank Transformation Series 2018.Prior to joining IIM Visakhapatnam, he has worked Avanade( Parent Company Microsoft and Accenture) as an Application Development Analyst for Dynamics 365 for Operations and Finance. At Avanade, he was responsible for understanding Client\'s Business Topology and accordingly implement ERPs suitable for them.He has worked across Clients Ranging from OKQ8, Biggest Retail Outlet Chain at Gas Stations spanning Pan-Europe to RSL, Defence Division of Australia Catering to Retired and Deceased Army Personnels and their families. He was awarded with Distinct Achiever for both his years of Work and was also selected to represent IDC, Hyderabad for Young Leadership Program at Avanade.He is Microsoft Certified.net Developer and Azure Cloud Specialist and also has a Certication from Microsooft in Retail and Supply Chain Specialization. He possesses a varied experience as an Intern with NTPC during his Graduation at UCE Burla. Strategy Marketing Intern for 3 firms L&T, Mytyles.com and FinVizer for a stint of close to 9 months. Also, he was na HR Business Partner with LaughGuru for a span of 1 month. Baibhav pursued his under graduation degree in Electrical Engineering from UCE Burla. He completed his schooling from Newton College of +2 Science and DAV Jharsuguda. During his school days, he held several PORs and also was a State Top 20 Rank holder during his Intermediate Degree. He has represented India in IMO & Odisha in National Level Science Congress.
