Defending complex cases involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and multi-party disputes—many of which required extensive motion practice, expert cross-examinations, and trial strategy.Her practice areas include litigating major cases for corporations and public entities in claims involving construction defect, habitability, premises liability, catastrophic injury and employment law.Bahareh has second-chair jury trial experience in motor vehicle defense cases and she has experience working at both the state and federal level on a variety of matters.Bahareh served as Fundraiser/Treasurer for the Iranian American Bar Association (“IABA”) OC Chapter for the 20••••14 term.
