My academic background in Human Rights, combined with a Bachelor’s degree in Law completed on a full merit scholarship, has provided me with a structured and analytical way of thinking and a strong sense of responsibility in collaborative environments.My thesis focuses on Algorithmic Management and Decent Work, exploring how digital platforms and emerging technologies influence workers’ rights and fair labor conditions.I am fluent in English, with working proficiency in Italian, and native in Persian, and I have experience using these languages in both academic and professional environments.
